FAQ

1. How much does it cost to download ringtones/wallpapers/videos through mytinyphone.com WAP web pages?

mytinyphone.com does not charge you to browse its web pages and for downloading ringtones/wallpapers/videos. However, you could be charged by your mobile network provider for data traffic costs. You should check with your provider as costs will vary depending on your mobile tariff. Mobile browsing may be charged based on the amount of data transferred, the time you spend browsing, or a combination of both. It may even be included in your monthly network provider mobile tariff. Please contact your network provider for further details.

2. I can download the song, but I can't set it as a ringtone on my phone?

Some phone carriers (like Nextel, Boot Mobile and Telus) have disabled the ability to use downloaded songs as ringtones on their phones. If you have one of these phones, sorry, but you're out of luck with ringtones until your carrier changes their policy.

3. I get an error message when I try to follow the link.

If you have been able to download ringtones or wallpapers in the past and you haven't changes anything on your account, the error most likely means that the network is busy. Wait a few minutes, make sure you have a strong signal, and try to follow the link again.
If you have never been able to download a ringtone or wallpaper from us, it may be that you do not have a full internet access plan on your phone. Some data plans, like T-Mobile's T-Zones, only allow you to access certain "approved" websites. Can you get to other websites from your phone (like www.yahoo.com or mobile.google.com)?
